Abstract:	本計畫主要針對我國已發射的獵風者衛星，透過各個不同的面向優化精進其資料的品質、提升並擴展資料之加值與應用。獵風者相關之感測元件、資料處理模組等完全由我國自主開發，凸顯我國在此方面的關鍵技術發展能力已可與國際接軌。但這些觀測資訊需透過應用於改善民生社會議題以反映出衛星技術的價值。基於前期研究成果，本計畫將結合機器學習方法改進GNSS-R風速反演，並著重於高風速反演之突破！並將反演成果應用於改善颱風暴風半徑估計、颱風生成、豪雨預報及風能預報等。此外，加值應用將結合拓展至陸地水文氣候監測及太空科學議題。所進行的加值應用不僅與國家防災及民生經濟，永續能源議題息息相關，所發展的研究內容創新有前瞻性，具有學術價值，可大幅提升我國GNSS科研能量。
