Abstract:	本計畫針對基於身分加密機制中的兩大挑戰—金鑰託管問題與身分撤銷功能—提出創新且完整的密碼元件做為解決方案。計畫將設計兼具便利性、安全性與高效率性的基於身分加密機制，預期可廣泛應用於雲端服務、郵件系統、政府與企業等多樣化應用場域，強化敏感資料的長期保護能力，並有效降低憑證管理與金鑰洩漏所帶來的營運風險。研究將分別以傳統數論與晶格難問題為基礎進行機制設計，確保成果能於現今與未來量子電腦時代具備安全性與實務應用價值。由於基於身分加密機制與後量子密碼學為全球密碼學界目前極度重視的研究領域，此成果除可提升我國於國際密碼學社群中的影響力，更有助於推動資安自主技術發展，進一步強化我國整體資安防護能力。
