    摘要: 隨著感測技術的持續進步,開發高靈敏、低功耗且輕薄的壓電感測器以監測人體訊號,了解自身健康狀態已成為近年來的重要研究課題。然而,輸出表現不足與對於靈敏度不佳仍限制其發展。本研究中,我們利用化學氣相沉積法製備層狀金屬硫化物之異質結構,並探究其壓電性質。此外,我們也成功基於層狀金屬硫化物之異質結構,製作出超薄柔性壓電奈米感測元件。透過將此元件貼合於脖頸部,模擬頭部擺動與脈搏感測等微小動作時,可清楚辨識受試者的動作訊號;更重要的是,我們也設計出多通道檢測系統,針對高靈敏感測系統,透過元件訊號變化便可有效區分,展現此元件具有應用於高靈敏系統的潛力,對於未來智慧健康檢測做出貢獻。;With the continuous advancement of sensing technology, the development of highly sensitive, low-power and lightweight piezoelectric sensors to monitor human body signals and understand one′s own health status has become an important research topic in recent years. However, limited output performance and insufficient sensitivity still hinder their further development. In this study, we synthesized heterostructures of layered metal dichalcogenides using chemical vapor deposition (CVD) to investigate their piezoelectric properties. Furthermore, an ultrathin and flexible piezoelectric nanogenerator based on these heterostructures was successfully fabricated. By attaching the device to the neck area, we were able to clearly identify human motions such as head movements and pulse signals. Moreover, we also designed an array detection system for high-sensitivity sensing applications, demonstrating the potential of the device for use in advanced sensing systems. This work has contributed to future applications of smart health monitoring.
