Abstract:	本論文主要設計一套是用於餐廳的餐飲管理系統，以PDA作為點菜的工具，將餐廳顧客點菜的內容經由PDA無線區域網路的通訊方式，將資料傳送到Sever做資料處理。除了PDA與Sever外，系統上有廚房與吧台的設計，廚房方面放置一台印表機，當PDA點完菜時所傳輸的資料便會直接列印出單據提供給廚房使用；吧台部分設置一台電腦，主要顯示餐點中的飲料部份，其所需的資料由Sever提供，以網路通訊的方式做資料的傳輸。除了點菜方面的設計外，本系統亦具備如資料處理的功能，除了一般顧客點菜的資料外，顧客資料、收入金額資料、菜單資料等皆有相關的新增、備份與查詢設計，將餐廳會使用到的資訊整合到本系統裡。 We will design a system that will be use in restaurant. The system can replace order mode of the restaurant tradition. A new method is using PDA to order food in this system, and it will decrease the error. For example: a slip of the pen, the word is scratchy and disorder. Except those function, it’s also storage data into database in this system. Those data can be inquired when the user need. Final, we wish this system can provide more convenient for restaurant.
