摘要(中) 本論文以潛意識創造力開發與腦波科學量測為主要研究主題,創造力的思考層次應可區分成意識及潛意識創造力兩大類,目前有關於創造力開發的學術研究及教學方式,多屬意識思考層次的範疇,近年來由於大腦、催眠及潛意識的科學研究和相關的實驗不斷的驗證下,已充分顯示潛意識創造力的存在及其價值。
本論文即嘗試建構一套潛意識創造力開發的理論模型及其發展歷程,再經由相關領域的文獻探討及應用腦電波儀等科學儀器來驗證此理論模型之可行性。潛意識創造力開發的理論模型可用六個流程加以說明:一、多個意識覺知的訊號同時存在;二、注意力使單一意識覺知的訊號提高;三、注意力控制使其訊號增強並抑制雜念;四、放鬆使所有意識覺知的訊息微弱;五、意識覺知的臨界電位下降使感官敏感度提高;
六、自由聯想產生新的意識覺知訊號,即為潛意識創造力。而其發展歷程包含五個階段,分述如下:一、為解決問題的強烈動機;二、極度專注的思考(此時腦波的β波為優勢波);三、極度放鬆的精神狀態(此時腦波的α波為優勢波);四、拋棄既有知識的束縛,超越時空限制的想像(此時腦波的θ、δ波為優勢波);五、具體創造發明或創作(此時腦波的β波為優勢波)。
在本論文研究方法中選擇以科學催眠來作為激發潛意識創造力的方式,主因是催眠在國外的科學研究已具相當規模,且有許多的學術文獻可供參考驗證。運用催眠引導的聯想過程可以讓受測者很有效的進入潛意識的狀態,由意識及潛意識狀態的教學與訓練方式開發,達到創造發明的目的。並藉由本實驗室多年進行創造力開發與腦電波儀等相關科學儀器量測的研究經驗,用科學儀器監控生理資訊的變化,有助於瞭解及分析意識轉換的歷程,並於實驗研究中觀察受測者進入潛意識時的創造力與腦波量測結果之間的相關性,以科學的角度解釋潛意識創造力開發的歷程。
從本研究中發現其實每個人在潛意識中都有非常豐富的創造力,而催眠冥想正是一把開啟潛意識創造力的鑰匙。然而西方的催眠、冥想和東方的禪宗、佛教、道教、中醫在激發潛意識的原理都是相通的,但催眠和冥想在經由不斷地科學驗證下,已逐漸科學化及學術化,但中國的禪宗、佛教、道教、中醫的領域,卻不受到國內科學界及學術界的重視,希望未來學術界能有跨平台、跨領域的整合,把我們中國傳統文化用科學測量加以檢驗,相信對人類會有很大的貢獻。並期許未來有機會將潛意識創造力的概念應用於教學工作上,不僅可有效提昇國人的創造力及競爭力,且從小就能掌握潛意識創造力的運用技巧,使學習更有效率。
摘要(英) The main research topics of this thesis are about the development of the creativity with subconscious and the measurement of brain wave (EEG).
Thinking level of the creativity would be divided into conscious and subconscious. The academic studies and teaching methods about creative development at present are more emphasis the category of the conscious. In recent years, it shows the existence and the value of the creativity with subconscious under the verification of scientific research and related experiments which as a result of the brain science, the hypnosis and the subconscious.
In this thesis, I tried to construct a theoretical model about the development of the creativity with subconscious and its develop processes. I would like to proof this theoretical model with scientific instruments such as the brain wave instrument and through the relative field of literature review. I explain this theoretical model about the development of the creativity with subconscious for six flows: 1. There are several signals of the feeling with the conscious exist at the same time. 2. Single of the feeling with the conscious Increased by the attention.3.We tried to control the attention to increase this single and reduce distractions. 4. To reduce all of the feeling with the conscious weakly by relaxing. 5. To Increased sensory sensitivity by reducing the critical potential for the feeling with the conscious. 6. It called the creativity with subconscious, which generated a new signal through free association. Its develop processes consists of five stages: 1. We must have a strong motivation to solve problems.2.We must go in thinking with great attention. (The edged wave of the brain wave is β wave at this time.) 3. We must go in relaxed state of mind extremely. (The edged wave of the brain wave is α wave at this time.) 4. We must escape the limitations of knowledge and imagine beyond time and space. 5. We must convert invention or creation to Imagination and experience. (The edged wave of the brain wave is β wave at this time.)
The research method of this thesis is using the scientific hypnosis to stimulate the creativity with subconscious. The main reason is the hypnosis of the scientific research in foreign countries has a very large scale. There are also many papers for reference and verification. In order to achieve the purpose of invention, we let the subjects into the state of the creativity with subconscious effectively and easily. Because the research experience for the development of the creativity, the hypnosis and the measurement of the Scientific instruments, like the brain wave (EEG) .in our laboratory for many years, It could help us to know how to understand and analyze the processes of consciousness transformation. Through experiments, we observed the subject’’s creativity and the EEG measurements. I want to explain the processes of the development of the creativity with subconscious for a scientific viewpoint. In this research, everyone has a lot of the creativity in the subconscious, and hypnosis is just a key to open the creativity with subconscious. However, The principles of hypnosis, meditation in the West and Zen, Buddhism, Taoism, Chinese medicine in the East, are the same for stimulating the subconscious .Hypnosis and meditation has gradually scientific and academic under constant scientific validation. But the culture area of Zen, Buddhism, Taoism, Chinese medicine in the East did not receive the attention of domestic. We hope that traditional Chinese culture in scientific research could integration in cross-platform, and cross-sectoral in the future, I believe that there is a great of contribution to human society. I wish I can apply this concept in teaching work. It not only enhances people’’s creativity and competitiveness effectively, but also let our children have skills for the use of the creativity with the subconscious, who learns more efficient.
