摘要(中) 二十世紀末之資訊通訊科技革命,引發企業朝向電子化的發展,也促使協同商務 (Collaborative Commerce) 被運用在許多企業之中,協同合作也達到前所未有的規模。Wiki就是其中一種為人熟知的協同合作平台,為了瞭解Wiki協同合作成效是否因文化差異而不同,本研究使用實驗室實驗法,透過等組前後測實驗進行,比較東亞、東歐方文化背景的受試者共一百六十位之協同合作成效。本研究的目的在於探討,不同的任務(智力型任務、偏好型任務)以及不同的協同合作方式(Wiki, Non-Wiki),對於協同合作成效(生產力、決策品質、滿意度)是否會因不同文化(台灣、匈牙利)而受到影響,研究結果發現,使用Wiki進行協同合作,其生產力、決策品質以及滿意度在不同的文化下有差異,本研究可將Wiki應用到跨國企業、跨部門及跨組織,作為協同合作工具的團隊應用上的建議,增強Wiki的發展性,以提升在制定決策的效率以及成效。
摘要(英) The revolution of the Information technology in the 20th century, many enterprises toward to electronization and it made the Collaborative Commerce used in the firms. Due to the Collaborative Commerce, the Collaborative is more popular in nowadays and Wiki is one of the most famous Collaborative platforms.
In order to realize the effect between the difference of wiki collaborative platform performance and the difference of cultures, using laboratory experimental method, and conducted the collaborative research by pretest-posttest peering in groups design, compare to the culture in East Asia and East Europe, and we have total 160 attenders.
The purpose is to explore the impact of collaborative effectiveness (Productivity, decision quality, satisfaction) with the different tasks (intellectual tasks, preference tasks) and different collaborative ways (Wiki, Non-wiki) and different culture (Taiwan, Hungary). The research shows that: in the context of different tasks using Wiki collaboration, the productivity, decision quality and satisfaction are significantly higher than using the traditional collaborative way. This study can be a reference to extend to Wiki within an organization or across organization of across organizations as a collaborative tool and to enhance the development of Wiki, thus improve the efficiency and effectiveness in decision making.
