This study focuses on Xiang AnShi’s I-Ching studies, especially the particularity of I-Ching studies when comparing with other scholars, and also his relationship with Cheng Yi’s I-Ching studies. This study is structured into five chapter. The first chapter provides an overview of the Xiang AnShi on present study. The second chapter is about its important role and the pros and cons, when Xiang AnShi tried to justify the writing system of I-Ching. Although the writing system he provide not as unique as other scholar some like Wu Cheng, but it is still an important step towards on it. After that, by comparing Xiang AnShi’s YiLi with Cheng Yi and other scholars, to explain his characteristic of YiLi, especially more concern on JunZi. The forth part is trying to verifying how Xiang AnShi understanding the rules of change between hexagrams, and the Image of hexagrams. Lastly, ensure his influence and appraise by other scholars.
