dc.description.abstract | In Circulating fluidized bed boiler combustion process, adding a lot of limestone desulfurization byproducts generated from CFB (including fly ash, bed ash), after leaving the factory in order to avoid generating dust and easy moving, so soak those ashes in water for 24hr stable treatment,, to form Hydration Circulating Fluidized Bed ash (HCFB) and placed on the sites for outdoor storage. Due to its long-standing failure to effectively utilize and to melt, a large stacked arising under land disposal costs associated with environmental protection and other issues, so consider the HCFB as a improvers of improved soft soil.
In this study, in different proportions to mix HCFB and waterway dredging soil, explore the standard compaction test and the California load ratio test (CBR) of the nature of the works, while assessing the mixture in the immersion environment potential expansion behavior. The results show that the mixture adding HCFB can obvious enhance carrying capacity; however, in the expansion test, due to HCFB contains large amounts of gypsum, and the dredged soil itself also has expansibility, affected to the impact of material properties, has expansion and hydration reaction of conduct, so that the mixture specimens exist unstable factors, but increased using HCFB has the effect of slowing the amount of expansion. Finally, by the degree of hydration test to further explore expansion behavior of HCFB, judged mixture of hydration did not complete. | en_US |
