dc.description.abstract有鑑於國內外於公路基本資料管理系統的開發,對於道路資訊蒐集方式日新月異,而巡查為道路養護之根本,建立健全的巡查與管控機制,才能適時對道路缺失進行修復,進而避免因鋪面缺失問題造成人員傷亡等事件發生,並確保道路服務品質與行車安全。 本研究使用Bumblebee® XB3 CCD Camera雙基準立體視覺攝影系統進行開發,利用影像幾何校正原理以及立體視覺量測原理,自行開發兩版鋪面狀況指標(Pavement Condition Index,PCI)運算軟體。 本研究將鋪面狀況指標評級方式分為傳統方式、影像幾何校正量測系統評級及立體視覺量測系統評級三種;傳統方式評級是以表單紀錄目視檢測路面狀況結果,而另外兩種評級方式皆以現地擷取之影像資訊為依據,於內業作業時由影像中擷取鋪面破壞狀況並評級路面的狀況,結果顯示,兩版軟體於執行運算結果與傳統人工評級方式無顯著差異,而影像幾何校正量測系統在時間及人力成本上較優於另外兩種評級方式;然而立體視覺量測系統適合應用於道路基本資料之建置,主要原因為可將現地擷取影像利用立體視覺量測原理,將物點相對座標經由GPS轉換為絕對座標,可大幅減少工作人員現地作業時間;於公路基本資料庫貢獻,其中歸納出6個項目可用於設施調查,提升巡查人員於道路設施調查之效率。定期對道路狀況進行調查,盡可能保留道路上所有訊息,可協助工程師從數值資訊所無法呈現的道路實像,提供視覺判斷之資訊,以便制定有效的維護策略與方案。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThis research applies image fixed position technique into freeway inspection system. The research uses Bumblebee® XB3 CCD Camera Stereo Vision camera systems, Image geometry alignment system, and Binocular Stereo Vision measurement system to development pavement condition index calculation software. Two versions of the software were identical in the calculation process of machine and human labor of pavement condition index. This research divided pavement condition index rating mode into traditional mode, pavement condition index image geometry alignment measurement system, and pavement condition index binocular stereo vision measurement system. The traditional mode use paper sheet and human labor to record pavement condition, the other two modes used captured image to evaluate pavement damage condition and rate the pavement. The result indicated that the pavement condition index image geometry alignment measurement system is superior to other two modes on time and human labor. Nevertheless, pavement condition index binocular stereo vision measurement system is suitable to roadway fundamental data construction; the major reason is that by the theory of binocular stereo vision to transfer data point of related coordinate to absolute coordinate using GPS. The contribution of roadway database is that it concludes 6 items for facilities survey and could enhance the efficiency roadway inspection. Inspect the roadway condition in a fixed time could help to set up effective maintain strategy, and reserve all message of the roadway, then help engineers’ to judge roadway condition by image rather than numerical data.en_US
