| dc.description.abstract | The more amount of people live in the narrow land，the less available lands
can be used in Taiwan. Moreover, the house price has risen day by day, in this
case, there are more and more illegal constructions in countryside and urban.
The formation of illegal construction is a serious problem ,we called that
phenomenon is the tumor of urban.
However , the problems of illegal construction affect many fields , such as
public security, public transportation ,public sanitation and urban landscape.
Most people think government should resolve the problems of illegal
construction；furthermore, scholars and experts suggest that government should
deal with and control the chaos of illegal constructions. However, the local
government has been devoted to demolishing the illegal constrictions, but they
face lots of difficulties during the process of demolitions, such as the budget, the
laws, the consideration of election, the concept of the citizens, and the
interference of the elected representatives.
According to the literature review and the analysis of the current status of
domestic illegal construction, the researcher try to analyze the current status of
illegal construction in New Taipei City. The analysis which is be analyzed by the
statistic questionnaire survey method to identify the key issues and try to
provide the solution of illegal construction.
This study sent 120 questionnaires, 81available surveys, the survey include
three part:
1.basic information survey
2.the general survey of illegal construction
3.the survey of the implementation.
To synthesize the survey results and the analysis of laws, the researcher
sums up the following suggestions:
1.Amending the laws
2.the improvements of policy
