| dc.description.abstract | 根據世界觀光組織（World Tourism Organization, WTO）的定義，觀光是指離開日常生活居住地，前往其他地方從事休閒、商業、社交或其他目的相關活動的總稱。觀光旅遊產業已逐漸成為全球經濟發展中的重要角色，各國投注心力於觀光旅遊環境建構，期望藉此培養更多客源，讓觀光業呈現成長趨勢，但環境相關投入帶動觀光發展，而觀光成果又能否完全反映於經濟上，其中轉換效率即是本研究探討重點。
本研究以資料包絡分析（data envelopment analysis, DEA）探討31個國家（地區）之環境建構效率和經濟轉換效率，更依洲別及國家GDP分類，分別探討其相對效率。接著以麥氏生產力變動指數檢視其跨期變動結果，最後運用拔靴法對麥氏生產力指數進行統計推論。實證結果顯示，各國環境建構效率極佳，環境相關的投入與維護對於觀光成果的影響顯著，但經濟轉換效率值低，意指觀光成果並無法有效的改善觀光相關經濟與人員就業狀況。 | zh_TW |
| dc.description.abstract | Tourism means travel for recreational, leisure, or business purposes. Nowadays, tourism industry has gradually become an important role in global economic development. Many countries devote to tourism environment and infrastructure construction, and try to attract more and more tourists. The environment related investment drive the tourism development, and moreover, trigger the economic growth. The efficiency between these transform is the point that we concern.
This study collected the data of 31 countries to estimate efficiency and malmquist productivity index on methods of DEA and Malmquist Productivity Index.
Also, data analysis by continent and country’s GDP segments, namely to explore the relative efficiency.
The results of this study were summarized as follows: the efficiency of environmental construction pretty excellent, but the efficiency of the economic conversion is low. It means that sightseeing results can not effectively improve tourism related economic and tourism personnel employment status. | en_US |
