dc.description.abstract | 提昇消費者認知價值一直是提昇公司營收、利潤的重要方法。但在快速變遷的時代中,台灣的團體膳食業者經常使用降低成本的方式進行市場競爭。
本研究以消費者價值創造的概念研究個案公司如何不透過降低成本,而是專注於提高消費者對於該公司所提供膳食的認知價值,進而在競爭中獲取利潤。
本研究主要為個案公司的創業家將顧客滿意度,作為提昇整體價值的最重要環節,進而對衛生安全、最佳流程以及員工工作方式作採最高標準要求,不斷地對膳食食品生產管理進行改善與研究,達到「顧客滿意、公司受利、員工得益」的目標。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | Increasing consumer’s cognitive value of products is always an important way to make profit. But group meal companies in Taiwan often lower their cost to gain competitive advantage.
This research focus on a group meal company which creates consumer’s cognitive value by increasing consumer’s satisfaction rather than just reduce cost. The owner of the case company require environmental sanitation, best practice process and attitude of employees with the highest standard. Moreover, he continuously makes efforts to improve work flow and management skills to reach the ultimate goal: customers with satisfaction, company makes profit, and employees get benefit. | en_US |
