dc.description.abstract本研究探討面對中國開放WTO,西方先進保安服務公司甫進入中國保安服務市場之際,中國某大型台資保安服務公司的保安服務管理的未來發展方向。本研究比較中西方保安服務業的發展特色和比較為理論基礎,透過個案研究探討個案公司的保安管理制度現狀及問題。研究顯示個案公司的保安人員的工作認知仍停留在防衛守門,對工作的滿意度,留職意願都不高。管理制度缺點的案例探討顯示,個案公司的保安管理制度仍有改善的空間,管理制度的落實和監督制度的建立也有待補足。將個案公司的廠區及生活區週邊的保安工作交給外聘保安人員是一種可行的選項,不只可以加強個案公司管理制度的彈性,還可以將保安壓力轉移給外聘公司,減少公司保安人員與外部人士間的衝突機會。經由彙總研究成果,本研究對個案公司的保安管理制度的應改善或應加強之處做出數點建議,研究結果可供個案公司、保安服務業同業、或學術界參考。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this paper is to investigate the developing direction of a large size Taiwanese security service firm in China. Based on the literate in the progress of western and eastern security service industry, this paper analyzes the status and probes some defects of the management system of the case company. The result shows that the security personnel in the case company recognize themselves as door guard. They do not satisfy with their job, and 46% of security personnel have less than 3 years of service. This paper recommends that the company may improve its management system by means of outsourcing professional service for the area in which security personnel may contact or have conflict with others. Additional recommendations are presented in this paper.en_US
