dc.description.abstract | The existing Taiwanese telecommunications companies have been experiencing increasingly intense competition. However, the fast growing amount of new comers make the business enviroment even worse in recent years. Employee is the most valuable asset among the properties of any business. In general speaking, a company with the best use of experts will be the key factor to determine an organsation′s performance. Therefore, company can get benefit by improving employee′s job satisfaction.
Study results showed that increasing job satisfaction can retain the key talents in enterprises. However, only do satisfaction survey was not enough, it must do the importance research on its satisfaction survey at the same time. Through analysis and comparison of satisfaction and importance, campanies can determine improvement priorities.
This thesis takes the C company as a research object and made a questionnaire by a literature review, and interviews with staff, managers and experts of the company. By using descriptive statistical analysis, t-test, analysis of variance, Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient and improving coefficient method to analyze the company′s staff on job satisfaction and importance for the projects. Key findings include: the most satisfying project is the implementation of employee stock ownership trust, the least one is the unfair performance appraisal system. The most important project is the excellent salary, the least is to grant employee training. As a reference to improving coefficient, C company need to improve in the first three projects are as following: the unfair performance appraisal system, assistance and support among various units, the company′s competitive strategy. Finally to make feasible recommendations for those three projects.
