dc.description.abstract | 企業資源規劃系統(Enterprise Resource Planning;ERP)近年來遂已成為電子化企業(E-Business)之代名詞,ERP初期的成功導入雖為企業實現電子化目標的重要里程碑,卻無法因此確保企業長期的電子化成效,隨著時間流逝、環境變遷與需求改變,將對企業之電子化成效產生莫大影響,此時企業真正的挑戰才開始。由此可知,儘管企業掌握ERP導入之關鍵成功因素,有助於整體電子化之績效提升,唯在具備關鍵成因後,仍須持續推動電子化發展腳步,以維繫電子化成效與達成營運目標,也是第二波ERP導入階段的起點。
鑑於企業電子化的長期成效,除了取決於ERP導入初期健全的組織結構與系統建置外,成功導入後的執行績效亦扮演著關鍵角色,故本研究以個案公司為背景,透過貫時性研究,分別由組織面、系統面與執行面出發,探討ERP導入前後不同時點所面臨的各種電子化議題,並以Leavitt鑽石模型(Diamond Model)為主要架構,深入分析ERP成功導入後,企業面臨任務、人員、技術與組織結構等各面向之電子化議題時,如何長期維繫整體電子化成效之相應作為。
研究結果發現,鑽石模型所主張的任務、人員、技術與組織四大構面間具有相互影響之關係,企業必須綜觀考量鑽石模型此四大構面,擬定整體因應方案,才能夠長期確保ERP成功導入的電子化碩果,並促使ERP成為兼備企業核心價值與靈魂的資訊系統。
本研究結果對於學術界與產業界之貢獻計有四點:(1).提供後進者研究企業電子化議題參考之用;(2).透過研究結論印證鑽石模型構面間之互動關係;(3).鼓舞業界持續重視與深耕電子化長期經營;(4).透過個案經驗以利業界因應各種電子化議題與挑戰。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) has represented E-Business for the past few years. Successfully implemented ERP at the initial stage was the most important milestone for the enterprises but they couldn’t ensure the effectiveness of E-Business in the long term. It has significant effect for E-Business as time goes by, the environment and demand change. At the time it is the beginning of challenge for enterprises. These shows in spite enterprises control the successful point of implementing ERP that help to improve the effectiveness of e-Business they still have to keep going to push the development of e-business in order to maintain the effectiveness of E-business and achieve operational objectives that is also the beginning of second step for implementing ERP.
The long effectiveness of e-business depends on not only integral organization structure and system established at the initial stage but also the executive performance plays an important role. Hence this research base on the individual company with longitudinal approach studies various E-Business subjects from organizational, system and executive performance at the difference time before and after implementing ERP. To use Leavitt Diamond Model as main construction researches deeply as enterprises face task, agent, technology, and organization structure and so on various e-business subjects how to maintain the effectiveness of E-Business after implementing ERP successfully.
As a result, the four aspects, task, agent, technology, and organization structure that based on Diamond Model interacted with each other. The enterprises have to consider extensively these four aspects of Diamond Model and should draft plural proposals to ensure the benefit of E-Business after implementing ERP successfully and to promote ERP become information system of both the central core values and soul of the enterprises.
The result of this research contributes four point to academic and industry. 1. As a reference for future researches to study e-business. 2. According to research result evidences the interaction between Diamond Model. 3. To inspire enterprises continue to respect and develop e-business for long term operation. 4. Benefit enterprises to cope with various e-business subjects by individual case experience. | en_US |
