dc.description.abstract | 近年來全球資訊科技業的蓬勃發展,產品生命週期急遽縮短,市場的供需波動幅度日益趨大,在無法快速反應情況下,促使電腦通路依舊面臨龐大的存貨問題,企業夥伴之間必須建立起整體供應鏈的協同合作關係。隨著網路化的資訊結構,能好好運用資訊透明的能見度,可將預測的結果運用在補貨決策上,同時降低整體供應鏈的存貨成本,減少資金的積壓,最終提升企業營運績效。
由於電腦產品涵蓋範圍極廣,本研究只針對A類存貨的產品群,以及篩選出低流動性與呆滯存貨的品項進行探討,另外,因通路階層客戶家數過多,僅納入銷售規模最大的客戶A和B,以個案分析的方式蒐集相關資料,從存貨管理的角度,適用於經濟訂購量模式求出數值,並加以分析其結果。
本研究依據現行個案公司所面臨之限制因素,應用供應鏈之協同規劃、預測與補貨(CPFR),將此商業流程發展架構於通路業者與品牌廠商之間的運作,並透過企業的存貨績效指標設定,探究CPFR補貨模式導入後之成本效益,以達成有效降低存貨水準,增進服務水準與整體企業的競爭力,亦能提供電腦通路產業作為進行CPFR商業流程導入之參考。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | In recent years, the IT industry is extremely blooming around the world, the product life cycles is getting shorten dramatically, especially the fluctuations of supply and demand is also growing larger to hit the market. Without the rapid reaction ability, to force the PC wholesale distributors still facing the huge inventory issue; therefore, we have to establish an effective collaboration between the business partnerships in the whole supply chain. Besides, within a global networking of information framework, we can make good use of the information visibility to predictable the results for the replenishments of decision-making; meanwhile, reducing the inventory costs to the supply chain, release the capitals holding and ultimately enhance the enterprise operating performance.
Since the very wide scope of computer products, this study only focus on A Class of category, filtering out the slow-moving and non-moving inventory items to discuss. In addition, for the reason of excessive numbers of the downstream customers, we only include the best-selling customer A and B by case study approach to the collect the relevant data. From the perspective of inventory management, it’s property to use the economic order quantity model and calculate the values to analyze the results.
This research provides a modified CPFR business process plan that resolves the constraint of the lack of data sharing that exists in this case study. Through the performance measurement metrics, discuss the cost-effectiveness of CPFR replenishment policy. In this thesis, not only effectively achieving to reduce the inventory level, but also increasing the service level and overall competitiveness, and this modified CPFR business process is demonstrated in the case study that can be used as a reference model for the PC wholesale distributors industry to implement their own CPFR process plan. | en_US |
