| dc.description.abstract | 本文主要是從台資企業在中國加工貿易的發展下，去探討關務管理系統的重要性，選擇兩家台資企業(R公司與D公司)的關務核銷系統來進行對比以做為個案，去分析核銷系統的發展與不同之處，從對比公司的基本資料、關務部門架構、資訊系統及核銷法去進行研究。
研究過程主要以對比的方式來比較不同的海關核銷模式，對比的兩家企業都為吳江海關下屬管理的兩家企業，且都是屬於吳江地區的指標性企業，針對工單平均BOM核銷法與工單核銷法的作法與差異，及發展過程的演變和遭遇問題點及解決方案。
本文所述“工單核銷”及“工單平均BOM核銷”是筆者在實際參與海關聯網監管及關務管理系統建置開發，同時比對閻夢麟(2012)碩士論文資料及和D公司現任關務主管討論所得，希望能給在中國從事加工貿易企業參考。 | zh_TW |
| dc.description.abstract | This article is from Taiwan-funded enterprises in the development of China′s processing trade, to talk about the importance of customs management system, select the two Taiwan-funded enterprises (R company and D company ) Clearance verification system to be compared as case to analyze the development of the verification system and differences, from the Customs Department for comparative company fundamental data, schema, information systems and verification methods to study.
Studies mainly in comparison to compare the way different customs mode, compared to the two companies for the Wujiang customs under the management of the two companies, and belong to the area of Wujiang pointer enterprises, average BOM verification method and method of work order verification practices and differences, and the evolution of development processes and the problems and solutions.
