| dc.description.abstract | 本研究目的是為了探討EMBA成員參與課外社交聯誼（以慢速壘球運動為例）之參與動機與滿意度。受試對象為各校EMBA慢速壘球隊成員，回收有效問卷為162份。所得資料以項目分析、因素分析、信度分析、敘述統計分析、獨立樣本t檢定、獨立樣本單因子變異數分析、LSD事後檢定、皮爾遜積差相關等統計方法處理分析後，所得結果有三：
一、不同背景變項之EMBA慢壘隊成員，其參與動機上有顯著差異存在。
二、不同背景變項之EMBA慢壘隊成員，其滿意度上有顯著差異存在。
三、EMBA慢壘隊成員之參與動機與滿意度間有顯著相關存在。 | zh_TW |
| dc.description.abstract | The research purpose of this study was to understand the differences and correlation between the participative mtivation and participative degree of satisfaction of the EMBA slow pitch softball players. The method in this study was questionnaire survey, there were 162 validquestionnaires. All resources were analyzed by item analysis, descriptive statistics, independent sample test, one-way ANOVA, LSD post-hoc comparison method, Peaeson’s correlation of statistical process. The findings of this study were as follows:
1. There were significant differences in participative motivation of The EMBA slow pitch
softball players.
2. There were significant differences in participative degree of satisfaction of The EMBA
slow pitch softball players.
3. There were significant relationships between participative degree of satisfaction of The
