dc.description.abstract | With consumer electronics devices growth slow down and no new disruptive innovation electronics devices come out, the profit margin of Taiwan Battery Industry are gradually affected. All of Taiwan′s Battery Industry is looking for a new way to achieve sustainable development objects. However, there is no related electrochemistry technical engineer in Taiwan, and lead to Taiwan′s battery industry cannot grasp key technology of cell. In this condition, China Battery Industry is easy to copy Taiwan′s producing and business model, uses low-price strategy to grab Taiwan′s order, and impacts on Taiwan Battery Industry.
The purpose of this study is to investigate H company’s Business Model and profit manner, and compare with Taiwan biggest battery company “SIMPLO”. Through nine elements of 「Business model canvas」to analysis two company, we can understand different Business and Profit Model. First, we can realize current Taiwanese Battery Industry profit margins has been gradually compressed, and secondly to evaluate the future competitiveness of H company and to provide improvement recommendations.
For managers and investors, this research taking「Business model canvas」is one way to let understand Taiwan Battery Industry profit model, and understand competitive advantage and bottleneck of Taiwan Battery Industry. Through this research, managers can realize how to improve profit, reduce risk, and development opportunities of e-bike industry.
