dc.description.abstract | Cultural and creative industries has brought endless possibilities to economy for many countries. Taiwan passed the "Cultural and Creative Industry Development Act" in 2010 to promote the development of cultural and creative industries. The act aims to construct a social environment with rich culture and creative content, cultivate talents in the cultural and creative industries by using technology and innovative research and development. Hakka Affairs Council has begun promoting "Hakka Taiwan Hakka Taiwan products/vendor certification" and "Hakka Industry Counseling Program Key Business," in order to promote the development of Hakka cultural and creative industries.
Based on this, the study through literature analysis and in-depth interviews, with vendors with Hakka specialties as case studies, and with Osterwalder & Pigneur (2010) Business Model as the frame, to explore "Business Strategy", "Key Activities and Key Resources", "Customer Interface", "Interested Parties", and "Hakka Elements and Innovation" of Hakka cultural and creative industries, through the statements by the public sector, experts and scholars, and vendors with Hakka specialties and consumers, to understand the business models of Hakka cultural and creative industries, and to view the performance that Hakka Affairs Council to promote Hakka cultural and creative industries. Finally, according to the current situation, this study provides some suggestions for future development, hopefully serves as a reference to vendors with Hakka specialties when they want to develop Hakka cultural and creative industries, making them be sustainable in the era which the information disseminate rapidly. | en_US |
