dc.description.abstract本研究藉由極化試驗、浸泡腐蝕試驗、微結構觀察,來探討微量元素(錫、鎂與鎵)對鋁合金犧牲陽極時效處理之電化學性質影響。 結果顯示,在3.5wt%NaCl電解液中,微量錫可抑制合金鈍化層的生成,使合金與電解液能持續反應;微量鎂則可以增加合金耐腐蝕性質。且由極化試驗結果顯示,不論是在3.5wt%NaCl與26wt%KOH溶液中,合金時效處理後,能有效提高合金的活性,其中又以含微量錫的合金最為活潑。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThe principal aim of this research is to evaluate the effect of minor additions of tin, manganese, gallium and aging treatment on electrochemical properties of aluminum anode . The electrochemical characteristics of anode were investigated by means of tafel polarization, immersion corrosion test, scanning electron microscopy.   The results showed that addition tin can improve the electrochemical activity and inhibit the formation of passivation layer of Al-Zn alloy, moreover, magnesium can increase the corrosion resistance of alloy. The aging treatment can effectively improve the activity of the alloy which Al-Zn-Sn alloy as the most active alloy.en_US
