dc.description.abstract本研究利用透明板式熱交換器,以水和空氣為工作流體,模擬冷媒在蒸發器入口時之狀態,利用攝影機拍攝進行可視化,觀察不同條件下的流動分佈現象,實驗參數包括不同雷諾數、不同分佈器。 實驗結果得知入口集管內部的流譜對流動分佈有明顯的影響,隨著雷諾數增加,入口流譜從塊狀流轉為環狀流,空氣可以分佈到較遠的流道。使用水平分佈器可以增加器泡在流道的速度,環狀流中心的空氣會沿著分佈器板片往後流動,後半部流道空氣分佈較無分佈器的多,氣體整體分佈更均勻。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractIn this study, acrylic plate heat exchanger is used as test section to visualize flow distribution. The purpose is to simulate the refrigerant’s flow distribution inside the evaporator using air-water as working fluid and improve the flow distribution by insert the baffles. The experiment has been test with Reynolds number from 50 to 250, different distributor. The results show that there is significant effect on flow distribution with inlet flow pattern. When the Reynolds number increases, the inlet flow pattern transform from slug flow to annular flow. Air can reach to the rear part of the test section. Using horizontal divider can increase the bubble velocity inside the channel, the air in center of annular flow would flow into rear part through the plate of divider, and the air flow distribution is more uniform.en_US
