dc.description.abstract | 人格特質會影響個體的工作行為與態度,員工人格特質的重要性已逐漸受到企業的重視。本研究由人格特質類型之一的核心自我評價,探討其對於員工的管理抱負、當責感知與職涯成功之間的關係。本研究以便利抽樣進行問卷調查與資料蒐集,以台灣與中國的員工為樣本,共蒐集353份有效樣本。研究結果顯示核心自我評價與員工的管理抱負和當責感知有顯著的正向關係;當責感知與員工的職涯成功有顯著的正向關係;管理抱負與員工的職涯成功沒有顯著的正向關係。依據研究結論,本研究提出管理意涵與研究建議供未來研究者與管理者參考。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | This study investigates the relationships among variables of core self-evaluation, managerial aspirations, felt accountability, and career success. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires to employees in Taiwan and China. It is found that core self-evaluations are positively related to employees’ managerial aspirations and felt accountability. Employees’ felt accountability is positively related to their career success in organizations. Employees’ managerial aspirations, however, are not related to their career success. Managerial implications and suggestions for future research are thus discussed. | en_US |
