| zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this study is to understand the relationship among abusive supervision and workplace ostracism, with coworker incivility as a mediator, and workplace gossip in a moderated mediation condition. A total of 325 participants with direct supervisors were recruited by the Internet, with 222 valid samples used for data analysis. Results showed a positive relationship between abusive supervision and workplace ostracism, with workplace incivility as a mediator. However, with regards to the moderated mediation of workplace gossip, only the information sub-dimension was supported. Managerial implications and suggestions for future research were discussed. | en_US |
