dc.description.abstract | 企業資源規劃是一套整合性的資訊系統,支援著企業例行性的運作,並可提供企業營運績效、支援管理層決策建議,進而提高企業競爭力,創造企業更高的價值。本文就一個在台灣創立三十年的食品加工公司為個案,探討其於企業資源規劃上,不同階段的演進歷程,最終發展符合企業文化且專屬企業特有的ERP系統,及其後續ERP系統使用的分析,針對隱藏問題給予有效改善建議,使其自行開發的ERP系統能發揮更大的功能,幫助企業達成不斷改善與永續經營的宗旨。
本研究透過個案研究方式,探討個案公司自行開發ERP系統的過程,針對自行開發ERP系統的動機;如何透過ERP系統改善內部各項運作功能來達到產業提昇與生產效益擴大、獲利增加等目標;透過自行開發ERP系統,強化外部功能、增加競爭力、優化體制;如何透過系統運用降低企業營運成本;ERP系統導入後,對於整體食品加工產業串連與促進業者提升能力的貢獻等相關議題進行探討,並得到如下結論︰
ERP系統的開發與導入,必須要有明確的企業營運目標及高階管理者的支持,才能使之事半功倍。
ERP系統,尤其是自行開發,在食品加工業的運用,確實對於食品加工過程的原物料追蹤追溯有非常多的助益。
關於自行開發ERP系統的人力與資金,若要使系統持續進化,開發系統的人力素質提升與資金投入也必須持續追加。 | zh_TW |

Enterprise resource planning(ERP)is a set of integrated information system to support the regular operation and performance improvement. It helps managers making decisions. Therefore, it enhances competitiveness and creates higher value for enterprises. This article introduces a food processing company which established in Taiwan for thirty years developed its own ERP. The ERP system meets its culture and become the company’s exclusive system. I will discuss different planning in each stage and analysis the usage of ERP system, and then I will provide effective suggestions to solve the hiding problems. I expect the self-developed ERP system can present the greatest function and help enterprises continuously improve performance, and achieve sustainable development.
This article first focus on the motivation of developing self-developed ERP system, study the processing of ERP development, second learn how the ERP system improves the internal operation to optimize the system and improve competitiveness, third understand how the ERP system reduces the operating costs to improve the internal operation to achieve industrial upgrading, production efficiency and profit increasing. In the end, I get the following conclusions:
There must be a clear business objective and s high-level managers’ support to increase the ERP system performance.
Self-developed ERP system indeed has great help in food processing process of tracking all material to food processing industry.
To evolve self-developed ERP system, the human resources and capital must increase continuously to improve the quality of ERP system. | en_US |
