dc.description.abstract日本屬於四面環海的島嶼國家,海港工程繁多,因此工程機械經常需要對濕潤的土 壤進行作業,這些濕潤的土壤尤其容易導致土壤的黏附問題。土壤的黏附問題在工程機械領域中一直是個非常重大的研究課題。在土壤黏附在工程機械表面之後,工程機械的工作效率下降嚴重。因此,對工程機械的土壤黏附機理以及對工程機械的土壤黏附問題的影響因素的研究就顯得極其重要。 在本研究僅以挖掘機鏟斗為研究對象,使用不同類型的鋁製板進行一系列的試驗, 模擬挖掘機鏟斗的挖掘過程,藉由改變地盤的土壤類型及含水量,探討挖掘機工作的過程中土壤的黏附行為以及土壤的黏附因素。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThe adhesion problem is a big problem in construction machinery field. When the excavator are working to excavate soil, the soil will adhere on the surface of excavator bucket. Therefore, it is necessary to know the adhesion mechanism and the influence factors of adhesion behavior. In this study, I assemble a streel frame and use an actuator to do a series of Loading test. We carry out those loading test in different soil material, the shape of test plate, water content. The test result indicate that the shape of plate edge will influence the amount of adhesion soil. Additionally, based on the test result, I modify the test plate to do the same loading test to prevent adhesion soil successfully.en_US
