dc.description.abstract營建業每年產生近1,100萬噸廢棄物,建築物在各階段耗能巨大,排放的二氧化碳約占全國28%,導致嚴重環境問題。為應對此挑戰,我國建立了適用於公共建築的綠建築評估指標,以降低能耗、實現永續發展。 本研究以桃園青山幼兒園為例,探討綠建築評估指標在公共幼兒園建築的應用。研究比較2019年與2023年「綠建築評估手冊-基本型」的計分結果,發現2023年版因新增建築能效評估(BERS)和能源使用強度(EUI)指標,使得分數降低約6分。 針對青山幼兒園的能效與節能表現,本研究提出以下精進策略:優化建築外殼隔熱性能、進一步降低空調與照明的能耗、導入智慧能源管理系統實現用電數據即時監測與調控、增加再生能源如太陽能光電板的使用比例,以提高整體能源使用效率。 除此之外,本研究亦提出優化水資源管理系統、提升綠化與基地保水能力、推動廢棄物減量與資源再利用,以及加強環境教育與使用者參與等策略。這些策略旨在進一步提升綠建築效益,並為未來幼兒園建築的永續發展提供參考方向。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThe construction industry generates nearly 11 million tons of waste annually. Buildings consume substantial energy across their lifecycle, from production to demolition, with CO2 emissions accounting for 28% of national totals, causing severe environmental issues. In response to this challenge, Taiwan has established green building evaluation criteria for public buildings to reduce energy use and achieve sustainable development. This study examines the application of these criteria in public kindergarten projects, using Qingshan Kindergarten in Taoyuan as a case study. By comparing the scoring results between the 2019 and 2023 editions of the "Green Building Evaluation Manual - Basic Version", the research found that the 2023 edition, with the introduction of the Building Energy Rating System (BERS) and Energy Use Intensity (EUI) calculation, led to a score reduction of about 6 points. To address the energy efficiency and daily energy-saving performance of Qingshan Kindergarten, the study proposes the following strategies: optimizing the building envelope′s thermal insulation performance, further reducing energy use from air conditioning and lighting, implementing a smart energy management system for real-time monitoring and control of energy consumption, and increasing the use of renewable energy sources such as solar photovoltaic panels to improve overall energy efficiency. In addition, the study also recommends optimizing the water resource management system, enhancing site greening and water retention capacity, promoting waste reduction and resource recycling, as well as strengthening environmental education and user engagement. These strategies aim to further improve the green building performance and provide reference for the sustainable development of future kindergarten projects.en_US
