dc.description.abstract | The age of the workforce is generally aging, in Taiwan. Vocational schools with professional skills are also declining. The problem of the inability to cope with each other from generation to generation has become increasingly serious. As a result, some industries in the industrial sector are facing serious problems such as faults, lack of work, and closures. However, steelworks welding operations are a part of the industrial industry chain. Welding assignments must be completed within the limited space, time, and budget of the fixed plant. Among them, manpower and machine planning have always been difficult to optimize the configuration due to various constraints. How to arrange work more efficiently and complete it at the lowest cost is the subject of continuous research by all units.
This study applies the optimization theory to evaluate and analyze, consider the welding job assignment faced with many constraints, construct an integer programming model, use LINGO mathematics planning software, and use the Microsoft Excel spreadsheet as an analysis tool to solve. Finally, this study used the company′s Yilan Precision Technology Steel Plant as an example test. The results are good. Compared with the manual assignment, this research model shows that the research model is indeed more efficient and the cost is lower, and the sensitivity analysis is performed. High stability and reliability provide accurate decision-making basis for decision makers. | en_US |
