dc.description.abstract | The primary goal of sustainable operation of enterprises is to pursue cash flow, profit, increase competitiveness and market share. In the early stage of low land purchase cost and low labor cost in China, Taiwan businessmen gained certain business results. However, as the economy grows, China′s per capita income has increased significantly and the cost and environmental awareness of land cost and environmental awareness have increased sharply. Many Taiwanese businessmen have to move their factories or upgrade automation, increase production or maintain capacity under existing plant land, reduce costs and improve production quality and competitiveness.
This case study takes P company as an example to use the PDCA methodology to improve the evaluation and selection of the key process stations, analyze the process and action of the manual work station, and design and develop the equipment suitable for automation, in which part of the process is replaced by a mechanical arm, and then the quality and function of the equipment is accepted.
The results of this study show that: after the case automation is imported into the company, 1) The design of automation equipment meets the requirements and the quality of production is good. 2) Increase production capacity and replace the original manual work, reduce the number of labor, save manpower to other artificial needs, increase output; 3) The case company really improves the process automation, continues to assess the introduction of other process automation, and hopes to advance to the target of industrial 4.0 in the future. | en_US |
