dc.description.abstract六個標準差是由摩托羅拉所創立,並由奇異公司發展出六個標準差五步驟DMAIC模式,分別是Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve與Control,初期使用於製造業,其將有瑕疵的生產流程剔除來提高產品品質,並降低生產中及其他商業活動的變數;各階段流程所使用的工具,大部分為統計方法,雖然企業初期導入時,看似投入更多成本及人力,但組織內的成員對DMAIC模式手法經由不斷的練習,其精神進而內化,影響企業內每一位員工,對品質意識變成企業文化的一部份,進而得到售後維修成本大幅下降,製造生產相關成本有所控制。因在製造業獲得明顯的成績,進一步拓展到商業領域活動,因此大到企業集團文化,小到單一小組,皆可利用六個標準差DMAIC來解析問題。 現今商業產品的生命週期,因消費者的喜好越來越多樣化,已經無法像早先時期當一個創新商品出現可以在消費市場存活三至五年,但其不變的是對產品品質仍是重要的一環;在個案公司,組織內部常宣導產品品質是設計出來的,一個不好的產品設計,當進行製造生產時,會讓製程良率下降,導致需要投入更多人力、物力,才有可能達成客戶目標,本次研究是個案公司在製造生產時遇到產品不良,成立專案小組藉由六個標準差DMAIC模式各手法來改善製程良率,對其類似問題追加管制流程來預防改善。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractSix Sigma was founded by Motorola, Six Sigma DMAIC model five steps developed by General Electronics, which are Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control, the initial use in the manufacturing sector, which will produce a flawed process culling to improve product quality and reduce production variables and other commercial activities; Each stage of the process tools used, most of statistical method, although the initial import business, seemingly put more manpower and cost, but members of the Organization of the DMAIC model the way through constant practice within the spirit of the turn, influence every employee in the enterprise, quality consciousness become part of corporate culture, and then get dropped after-sales maintenance costs, manufacturing-related costs have control. Because to achieve significant results in manufacturing sector, to further expand business activities in the field, so to a large enterprise group culture, as small as a single group, can use Six Sigma DMAIC to resolve the problem. Today the life cycle commercial products, due to the increasingly diverse consumer preferences, has been unable to appear like an earlier period when an innovative product can survive three to five years in the consumer market, nut it is the same product quality is still an important a ring; in case the company, often internal quality advocacy is designed, a bad product design, when manufacturing, process yield will decline, resulting in the need to invest more human and material resources, will it be possible to reach customers target, this study is the case when the company encountered poor product manufacturing, the ad hoc group set up by Six Sigma DMAIC model each way to improve process yield, additional control procedures to prevent similar problems for its improvement.en_US
