dc.description.abstract | In the era of intelligent automation led by the Internet of Things, the industry′s operation has evolved from a single product-based and technology-oriented model to a diversified, material and Internet of Things life application. By integrating the Internet of Things system and data mining and automation, Taiwan′s science and technology industry should have innovation services, optimize industrial processes, lead Taiwan′s science and technology industry toward a smart manufacturing model, and use service-oriented strategies to create unique competitive strategies.
This study will explore through the literature, understand the relevant applications in the enterprise process management and logistics management, and then set up a Key Performance Indicator (KPI) that needs to be achieved in logistics management, and construct a new logistics management model through ARIS to meet the demand. Based on the theory of Business Process Management (BPM), a new semiconductor package company has introduced a new process and new hardware as its case, and applied the full-featured ARIS software in enterprise process management to analyze and model it. Powerful process analysis and strategic planning functions to verify the To-Be Model in the model. Through the verification process, the key to the problem is found. The result of the verification can fully meet the KPI set by the institute. This study illustrates that the improvement of business processes through the assistance of hardware and software systems can help companies improve efficiency and reduce costs, so that the entire production system can achieve the best process. | en_US |
