dc.description.abstract | Due to physical or psychological differences between people with physical and mental disabilities in Taiwan, it is difficult to enter the competitive employment market. It depends on the promotion and assistance of government policies. In recent years, the government′s social welfare policy has developed in the direction of subsidy programs and civil execution. However, what are the difficulties encountered by non-profit organizations in undertaking employment services for people with disabilities, between government and employers? This study takes the Mei Hau Social Welfare Foundation in Longtan District of Taoyuan City as an example. First analyzes the social welfare non-profit organizations and the related policies for the employment of the physically and mentally handicapped, and then conducts in-depth interviews. Understand the operation of non-profit organizations′ employment services for people with disabilities, and through Grieco′s (2015) social enterprise social impact assessment content, one of the qualitative scanning models, The Charity Analysis Framework , this model include, action, results, leadership, people and resources, finances, ambition, external links ,seven dimension.
