At present, the issuance of construction licenses is subject to review by the competent authorities of the government, due to the shortage of government reviewers, how to introduce external resource to improve the efficiency of reviewing is the trend of today.
At present, most city governments have entrusted local architects′ associations to assist the review system in improving the quality of the audit and improving the efficiency of the construction license issuance process, however, there are still many problems exists in the review system that needs to be solved.
This study examines the implementation situation the Architects Association assisting the review of construction license review system in Taoyuan City since 1994, focusing on the existing problems, improving the shortcomings, efficiency, and quality of construction licenses.
