It’s a great challenge to arrange the limited staff member fairly in the annual special projects, temporary inspection for accusing cases, cooperating the inspections with the city government, even for the operating function of CCIO (command and control of incident operations) in the disaster scenes, beside the routine inspections for fire safety. Therefore, in this research, the integer programming is utilized to develop an optimal model for arranging the staff member in the inspections for fire safety. Using the mathematical program, Lingo 12, and coupling with the data processing software, Excel 2013, I solve the problem of arrangement for staff member in the routine inspections for fire safety in this model. The schedule is more efficient and fairer than manual arrangement, though sensitivity analysis provide the supervisors for the manpower configuration and task allocation in the nearly future day.
