dc.description.abstract | 本研究是針對稽核人員的編組與排班,利用現有參數設定,發展出一套以整數規劃為架構的最佳化模式。並利用數學最佳化理論,轉換為電腦程式語言,以電腦專業軟體求解出最佳解。除此之外,發展本研究可因應各種不同的編組模式,以及排班需求,可隨時依照外在不同的條件,限制式的改變,調整設定參數,簡單而且容易,求得重新規劃稽核人員的編組及排班。
為了驗證設計規劃模式的適用性,本研究模式是以某電子工業股份有限公司光源廠為範例測試,測試結果顯示,確實較人工經驗的指派效率更高。而且本研究模式,能力專業編組及排班,可應用於管理學術及實務上。

dc.description.abstract | This study uses an existing parameter setting to develop an optimization model based upon integer programming to deal with problems associated with the pairing and scheduling of production management auditing personnel. The mathematical optimization theory is used to convert the data to computer program language so to derive an optimal solution with professional software. Also, the results of this study can respond to different pairing patterns and scheduling demands, accommodative to different external conditions to carry out changes in constraints and modifications of parameters. The reassignment of the pairing and scheduling of auditing personnel can be easily achieved through a simple solution.
In order to test the applicability of the design planning model, this study used a sample obtained from an unnamed electronics industrial company. Based on the test results, the model in question demonstrated higher efficiency than a manual assignment. The assignment and scheduling capability of the model in the present study can be applied to both further research purposes and also to practical uses.
