dc.description.abstract隨著雲端、大數據、物聯網等科技技術的創新發展,消防工程產業技術水準亦隨之提高且逐漸轉型升級。在面對快速變遷的全球化市場競爭環境及人民對於居住安全的意識抬頭,消防工程相關業者如何調整競爭策略並發揮其優勢找出永續經營之道,顯得格外重要。 本研究以台灣北部某消防工程個案公司為例,採用個案研究方式,分別以Porter五力分析和SWOT矩陣策略進行綜合探討,分析消防產業環境因素及企業應如何在競爭激烈的市場環境中有效利用現有的資源,提出個案公司未來具體可行之策略。本研究分析結果針對個案公司分別提出「短期(1-2年)固本策略:提供整合型專業服務、強化專業技術能力;中長期(3-5年)調整及發展策略:引進技術型消防設備、加強品牌行銷」。期許能協助該公司未來更能發揮其競爭優勢以持續穩定成長,亦能做為消防產業相關業者之參考。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractWith technological development in the fields of cloud system, big data, and Internet of Things, the technological level of fire-protection engineering industry has been improving and upgraded progressively. The rapid change of global marketplace and increasing public awareness of residential safety also prompt fire prevention and protection more critical. It is thus particularly important for businesses in this industry to explore and identify how to adjust their competitive strategies to take advantage of their strengths and avoid their weaknesses. This study conducted a case study and took a fire-protection engineering company K in northern Taiwan as the focal case. By using Porter’s five-force model and SWOT matrix analysis, this study analyzed the competitive factors of the industry environment and formulate the strategic directions for company K about how to utilize its existing resources more effectively in this highly competitive market. Based on the results of above analysis, this study suggested the following strategies for company K: “(1) short term consolidation strategy (for 1-2 years): provide integrated professional service and enhance technical competency; (2) medium-to-long term adjustment and expansion strategies (for 3-5 years): introduce high-tech fire-protection equipment and strengthen brand marketing.” In conclusion, this study can not only help this case company by giving it strategic directions to maintain its competitive advantages and business growth in the future, but also be used as a reference for other businesses in fire-protection engineering industry.en_US
