dc.description.abstract | 隨著臺灣經濟快速發展人民生活品質日漸提升,於人民生活圈擴大的同時我們更加仰賴交通工具以連接彼此之生活,因此道路品質之重要性慢慢被重視。現今道路之新建已趨近飽和,道路之施工從新建道路轉以道路養護為主,但臺灣地狹人稠道路施工往往會造成交通壅塞與施工噪音等問題,而為縮短工時往往未對於黏層進行養護及進行鋪設,若於施工期間未對於層間介面處之黏層有足夠時間進行養護,容易因黏結強度不足而造成滑動、剝脫與反射裂縫等問題。本研究為對於不同養護條件是否會影響黏層之品質進行研究,並對於臺灣目前施工狀況進行實驗室模擬,考慮臺灣目前常用黏層材料乳化瀝青與油溶瀝青,同時引進國外改質乳化瀝青,探討黏層養護時間與臺灣天氣狀況等因素,並於實驗室製作黏層試體以了解其對於黏層之影響,並根據AASHTO TP-114進行實驗室剪切試驗以評估各種養護條件與不同黏層材料對於鋪面之影響。本研究使用三種黏層材料(乳化瀝青、改質乳化瀝青與油溶瀝青)、四種養護時間(無養護、養護15分鐘、養護30分鐘與養護60分鐘)並根據臺灣夏天與冬天氣溫之條件下製作黏層試體,並發現對於各材料而言,四種不同養護時間與兩種不同溫度下之剪切強度皆無顯著差異,可了解對於本實驗之黏層而言養護時間與養護溫度皆為無顯著差異因子。同時本研究也對於黏層之剪切強度與剪切應變進行分析,考慮其兩者之關係、介面反應模數(K)與計算其黏層所受之機械功進行分析,根據成果顯示將黏層剪力與其應變進行考慮可更全面對於黏層進行分析,且根據分析結果乳化瀝青之黏結強度明顯優於油溶瀝青,且使用改質乳化瀝青能改善黏層之黏結品質。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | As the economic develop rapidly, pavement has played an important role in people’s life. To keep the citizen safe, the durability and safety of pavement have become a serious issue. Tack coat engineering is an indispensable step in pavement maintenance, if the tack coat isn’t performed well at the interlayer interface, it is easy to cause sliding problems between the pavement layers by insufficient shear strength, furthermore it may also cause pavement revealing and reflection crack. Nowadays, Taiwan pavement are focus on maintenance engineering. But due to the fact that crowded citizen issue the tack coat doesn’t have enough time to develop its strength. In order to shorten the working hours, it is often that the road maintenance engineering. aren’t cured and set. The objective of this study is to evaluate the performance of the tack coat quality on asphalt pavement using Interlayer Shear Strength Tester in laboratory, during this study scope including factors of interface bond strength, effects of interface bond strength in laboratory, the breaking and setting times, the air temperature and evaluate the effect of interface bond strength. The result for the break time and set time were found that for each material there was no significant difference in the shear strength test at four different curing times and two different temperatures. It can be understanding that the curing time and curing temperature of the tack coat in this experiment are both not significant factor. At the same time, this research also analyzes the shear strength and shear strain of the tack coat, considering the relationship between interface response modulus (K) and the calculation of the mechanical work of the tack coat. The shear and strain of the interlayer can be considered for a more comprehensive analysis for the tack coat. Moreover according to the analysis results, the bonding strength of emulsified asphalt is better than the cutback asphalt, and the use of modified emulsified asphalt can improve the bonding quality of the adhesive layer. | en_US |
