dc.description.abstract | With the changes of the times, people′s concept of career has changed from the concept of a single career to a new type of career-"Slash", which arises from the development of personal career. This research mainly explores the relationship between the job characteristics of the industry (job category and, job income) and the slash job characteristics (job category, job income). And the impact of slash job characteristic to the satisfaction of basic psychological needs (autonomy, competence, relatedness) and career satisfaction. In this study, 200 valid samples were collected by the questionnaire survey method. and were judged and verified by correspondence analysis, cluster analysis and MANOVA.
The results of the study found that: (1) The industry category is manufacturing logistics or other majors, and they prefer to choose slash industry category is business, manufacturing logistics and other majors. (2) The industry category is management business, marketing business, customer service or education communication, and prefer to choose slash industry category is marketing business, customer service or education communication. (3) The job income is inversely proportional to the income from the slash job, but if the job income is between NT$ 30,001 to NT$ 40,000 per month, they prefer to choose a slash job that can increase personal income by less than 10%. (4) Different types of job category, job income, slash job income have a significant impact on the satisfaction of basic psychological needs and career satisfaction. (5) Different types of slash job category have no significant effect on the satisfaction of basic psychological needs and career satisfaction. | en_US |
