dc.description.abstract | Many companies have introduced enterprise resource planning systems to assist companies
in establishing processes, systems, and standards, reducing the repetition of manual operations,
real-time response to resource usage, shortening corporate response time, and providing
reference basis for high-level personnel to make operational decisions. Effectively reduce the
cost of business operations and management, thereby improving customer satisfaction and
enhancing the core competitiveness of the company.
Making good use of new information technology has always been an indispensable topic for
business operations. In the past, the introduction of enterprise resource planning systems or
electronic forms were all to improve quality and output efficiency. How to comply with
corporate internal control and wind management? The automation requirements to achieve the
maximum benefit. If you think about it from the perspective of process transformation, after
the introduction of ERP, it seems that it has also developed to a critical point, and you can only
find other breakthrough points through system development. The process automation robot
RPA has gradually become the focus of future enterprise development. . , Enterprises must be
able to continuously adjust their pace and keep up with new technologies in order to maintain
their competitiveness.
In the daily operations of enterprises, repetitive tasks and labor-intensive and regular manual
computer operations can be performed by software robots. For example, corporate employees
usually handle various data input, data comparison, report making, email notification, etc.,
which may take up a lot of time, and RPA can automatically handle it. iv
The adoption and implementation of RPA has not only occurred in the financial industry, but
other industries such as manufacturing, trade, services, and medical care have all been
introduced. Through several practical cases, (1) explore the challenges faced by companies that
implement process automation robots. (2) Discuss the solutions to the challenges. (3) Discuss
the RPA software it uses and its application process domain. (4) Discuss the improvement and
benefits after the implementation of RPA.
This research is a case study to explore several RPA implemented projects, to understand
the challenges they face, their corresponding solutions, the selected RPA software and
implementation process domains, as well as the improvements and benefits after the
implementation. I hope that based on the results of this research which can provide a
reference for the implementation of RPA and also help the promotion of RPA. | en_US |
