dc.description.abstract本論文取得光致放光光譜(photoluminescence spectra)、激發光譜(excitation spectra)及時間解析光譜(time-resolved spectra)來分析以中溫水熱合成法之含三價釤配位聚合物: YxSm2-x(C8H10O4)3或TbxSm2-x(C8H10O4)3。其配位基為1,4-cyclohexanedicarboxylate (C8H10O4,簡稱CHDC),而配位中心為不同莫耳比例之稀土元素釔(Yttrium, Y)、鋱(Terbium, Tb)及釤(Samarium, Sm)。先前研究發現YxSm2-x(CHDC)3 中第一激發態(4G5/2)放光衰退曲線有兩段式行為且此兩段放光速率有Sm3+濃度之相依性,和類似的三價銪配位聚合物不同,推測其產生濃度效應原因可能有Sm2O3生成所致,但Sm2O3的生成不足以完整地解釋觀測到之放光行為。本論文發現除了Sm2O3之外,配位基CHDC轉移能量給Sm3+也存在濃度相依性,而將YxSm2-x(CHDC)3樣品激發至第二激發態(4F3/2),其放光衰退曲線也觀測到類似的濃度效應。本論文也將YxSm2-x(C8H10O4)3和TbxSm2-x(C8H10O4)3做比較,以闡明含三價釤配位聚合物中濃度相依的能量轉移機制與效率。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThis thesis acquired the photoluminescence spectra, excitation spectra, and time-resolved spectra of trivalent samarium-containing coordination polymers: YxSm2-x(C8H10O4)3 and TbxSm2-x(C8H10O4)3 with 1,4-cyclohexanedicarboxylate (C8H10O4, CHDC) as ligands and different compositions of yttrium (Y), samarium (Sm), or terbium (Tb). Previous study indicates there is concentration dependency of the two-stage emission decay curves of the first excited state (4G5/2) in YxSm2-x(CHDC)3, that is not found in the Eu3+-containing coordination polymers. The formation of Sm2O3 was speculated to have contribution to this observation, but this could not fully explain the observed emission behaviors in these compounds. This thesis found that in addition to the formation of Sm2O3, the energy transfer from the CHDC ligands to Sm3+ is also concentration dependent. Moreover, the emission decay curves of the second excited state (4F3/2) in YxSm2-x(CHDC)3 also exhibit the similar concentration dependencey. The comparison between YxSm2-x(C8H10O4)3 and TbxSm2-x(C8H10O4)3 reveals the mechanism and efficiency of the concentration dependent effects in these coordination polymers containing trivalent samarium.en_US
