dc.description.abstract | Insurance has long been a familiar financial service in the minds of Taiwanese. In addition to being accustomed to buying insurance policies with salesmen of a single insurance company, many consumers also choose to obtain services from salesmen of insurance brokerages, who also can assist in fulfilling their needs through integrating policies from multiple sources, ending up to be the most suitable insurance portfolio.
The insurance brokerages company E, which is the target of this study, is a large insurance brokers across the Taiwan Strait, with a total of nearly 10,000 employees in Taiwan and mainland China. In the process of the company’s continuous pursuit of growth, how to train its employees to increase output value and attract high-performance talents from other company in the insurance industries has become the most important task.
This study starts out by discussing the challenges faced by the company E, focusing on its business system in the market through the spirit of “incentive,” “reward system” and “partnership system.” A set of plans is proposed on three aspects of its operation strategies, namely, education and training, logistics business support mechanisms and salary incentives based on the spirit of partnership. | en_US |
