dc.description.abstract | In the growing power energy sector, the power design industry plays a vital role in providing innovative solutions for businesses and consumers. In recent years, there has been a significant increase in domestic demand for power design services due to technological advancements, increasing emphasis on sustainability, and the rise of smart buildings. As a result, power design companies are constantly striving to adapt and expand their business strategies to take advantage of emerging opportunities and remain competitive in the market.
Based on the above background, this study focuses on the growth strategy of China′s electric power design enterprises, and discusses the company′s growth strategy from the perspective of its life cycle. In terms of the specific research content, this paper first combs the literature research results of the enterprise life cycle theory and growth theory research model, on this basis, puts forward the theoretical analysis framework of this study. Secondly, Q Electric Power Design Company is selected as the case study object, based on the life cycle theory, the development stage and development situation of the company are analyzed, and the stage of Q Electric Power Design Company is divided according to the enterprise life cycle theory. In order to further clarify the internal and external environment and enterprise development of Q Electric Power Design Company, the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and risks are analyzed with the SWOT framework analysis tool, and the development strategy of the company is proposed, and the main problems in the development of the company are summarized.
