dc.description.abstract | Toward the foundation of a digitized and intelligent society, progress in the judicial system has found a new stage. This system, reliant on judicial principles embodied by its theoretical framework and legal practice, faces unprecedented challenges at this moment. Despite pending issues in traditional offline judicial procedures, attempts to resolve these problems through new intelligent court frameworks are currently encountering numerous obstacles and challenges. Corporate organizations are also participating in the reform process. In spite that courts or corporate entities have implemented various measures to meet these challenges in the processes of practice and tried to the extent to expand the meaning of traditional judicial rules by legislation, policies and technological means to break the boundaries, these measures have not yet totally solved these issues. Even in the era of intelligent courts, the core values of traditional judicial rules can remain unchanged, but adjustments and integration with emerging technologies like the internet, big data, and artificial intelligence are necessary to meet the demands of the era. This adaptation can result in a mutually beneficial collaboration between judicial authorities and corporate organizationswith more efficiency.
This study, with the development of "intelligent court" as its background, consists of four main chapters elclusive of the "Summary" and "Conclusion and Recommendations":
Chapter One discusses the research motivation and objectives.
Chapter Two elaborates on what intelligent court is and its legal basis.
Chapter Three elaborates the advantages and disadvantages of transitioning from traditional offline litigation in the past to online litigation practices, as well as the applications of blockchain and RPA in the judicial practice.
Chapter Four focuses on the new problems arising in the construction of intelligent courts and the challenges posed to financial leasing companies.
In the conclusion and recommendations section, this study summarizes the effectiveness of intelligent courts in improving litigation efficiency and transparency and identifies unresolved issues. The recommendations include: 1. Increasing investment and research in intelligent court technology to enhance its stability and security; 2. Promoting cooperation between the judicial system and enterprises to optimize legal procedures and improve the convenience and accessibility of judicial services; 3. Formulating and improving relevant laws and policies to ensure that the operation of intelligent courts complies with legal standards.
From the perspective of a participant who has been engaging in the practice for many years, a series of management measures have been implemented during the reform process, and we hope to take advantage of the opportunity of intelligent court reform to systematically analyze and sort out the difficulties faced by individual companies and provide them with the solutions and to improve the work efficiency of the financial leasing companies and introduce the spirit of intelligent management. | en_US |
