In this study, the data of the five administrative districts of all types of agency brands have reached a significant level, and the Luzhou District, Yonghe District and Zhonghe District of individual administrative districts have reached a significant level. Among the four types, the building has the best effect, only Xinzhuang District. Not reaching a significant level, the data of five administrative districts and Yonghe District and Zhonghe District in the apartment type have reached a significant level, and in the villa/toutian type, none of the individual areas have reached a significant level, but the data of the five administrative districts have reached a significant level.
