dc.description.abstract2019新型冠狀病毒的誕生,打亂了人民的生活習性也改變了產業界的工作模式,為了能有效的防堵疫情的擴散各家廠商紛紛祭出分流管制與居家上班等對應的措施,這也使著步調原本就很緊湊的科技業雪上加霜。本研究以F公司為個案研究之對象,由於遇到疫情的影響改變了公司整體的工作模式,此模式的改變也使著新產品的開發遭遇到嚴重的困難與延遲,如何能兼顧滿足客戶的品質需求又能符合疫情下的新形態工作模式就變得非常的重要。本研究是以失效模式與效益分析手法搭配著魚骨圖的概念,重新的對新產品的設計驗證流程進行整體的審視,除了要能夠兼顧新產品的品質與可靠度之外,還要能兼具符合居家上班與分流管制之新形態工作模式,利用新產品在設計開發的概念初期,就對其做整體的失效預防與假設,進而達到兼顧新產品的品質與設計驗證流程之改善,從而對F公司進行改善後的流程導入與相關建議,並創造出顧客的品質滿意與個案公司新產品研發成本降低之目的。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThe birth of the 2019 COVID-19 has disrupted people′s living habits and changed the working mode of the industry. In order to effectively prevent the spread of the epidemic, various manufacturers have taken corresponding measures such as diversion control and working from home. This research takes Company F as the case study object. The purpose of this search is based on the failure mode and benefit analysis method with the concept of fishbone diagram, and re-examines the design verification process of new products as a whole. In addition to being able to take into account the quality and reliability of new products, it must also be able to meet the new work mode of working from home and diversion control. Make overall failure prevention and assumptions for new products. So as to take into account the quality of new products and the improvement of the design verification process.
