dc.description.abstract在本論文中,公司期望能將新研發的產品道入量產,但研發時間有限,所以執行加速壽命測試來減少測試週期,一般測試而言,會以高溫為加速因子進行測試,但測試環境多以35℃為測試條件,如以此測試環境進行驗證,以Q公司出貨標準10萬小時信心度,可能需要長達半年才可以驗證完畢。以條件85%濕度及85℃進行驗證,藉此來確認產品是否可以在未來進行量產。 從驗證得知,條件85%濕度及85℃可以使用於測試,我們可以用加速倍數在短時間推算出產品壽命,產品測試一個月即可達到在25℃下的327倍,產品可使用超過十年,並能把年失效率降低於0.0128,滿足公司出貨標準下,也為公司未來的經濟效益提升非常多。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractIn this paper, the company expects to put the newest developed products into the stage of mass production. Because of the limit time of the development, we use accelerated life testing to reduce the test time. In general, most of the test conditions are 35°C. Based on the 100,000-hour confidence test of the Q company′s shipping standard, this test will take up half a year to complete and meet the verification. The condition of 85% humidity and 85°C is verified to confirm whether this product can be mass production in the future. From the verification, it is known that the conditions of 85% humidity and 85°C can be used for testing. To reduce test time, we use the accelerated factor to calculate the product life. Test this condition in one month, it can reach 327 times faster than at 25 °C, and the product can be used for more than ten years, and the annual failure rate can be reduced to 1.28%, which meets the company′s shipping standard and greatly improves the company′s economic benefits in the future.en_US
