| dc.description.abstract | Looking back and reviewing Taiwan′s economic growth, SME plays a role in Taiwan′s dazzling economic miracle on the global economic stage. ＂SMEs＂(It is the abbreviation of“Small and Medium Enterprise”) play a very important role. The research structure of this paper is as follows: Chapters 1~4 understand the operation and financing channels of small and medium-sized enterprises in Taiwan; Chapters 5~7 explain the case industry and the current operation status; Chapter 8~9 observe the countermeasures and countermeasures of the case company. The results of the study make appropriate recommendations.
Chapter 1: Introduction. State the motivation and purpose of the research, the scope and limitations of the research, and the research methods and procedures.
Chapter 2: Literature review. Explain the definition of SMEs and new ventures; the development situation of foreign SMEs; the operation status and financial capital of SMEs, first understand SMEs: role, years of operation, organization type, financing, government countermeasures and measures .
Chapter 3: Financing Instruments in Taiwan′s Capital Market. Conduct research on the ＂capital market＂ in the ＂financial market＂ framework, discuss financial instruments and trading practices in the stock market, and discuss financial instruments and trading practices in the bond market.
Chapter 4: Financing Channels in Taiwan′s Capital Market. Research Taiwan′s multi-level capital market, from non-public offering companies to simple public offering companies, listing methods include OTC listing, listing, and the government′s design of shortcuts for new ventures, listing on the ＂Innovation Board＂ and listing on the ＂Strategic New Board＂ .
Chapter 5: The leader of the case industry. Through the ＂TEJ Economic News＂, the manufacturers of listed (cabinet) cooling components in Taiwan were compared according to product category and sales, and ＂Shuanghong Technology Co., Ltd.＂ was selected as the leading representative of the industry; discussed the upstream and downstream industry chains , the operating status and financial information of leading companies in the industry.
Chapter 6: The current situation of this case. Taking ＂T Technology Co., Ltd.＂, a small and medium-sized enterprise operating in its 20th year, as the case object, and explaining the history of the case company, industry status, product introduction, brand marketing, future opportunities and challenges, etc.
Chapter 7: Comparison of case companies and leading companies. Because the scales of the two companies are not equal, we first calculate various ＂financial ratio analysis＂ based on the financial statement data before discussing.
Chapter 8: Case Firm Response Decisions. In order to win the future demand of the industrial market, the case company describes the motivation for increasing investment and the investment financing plan.
