(The Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale, HADS)和CompACT心理靈活性量表(Comprehensive Assessment of Acceptance and Commitment Processes, CompACT)作為驗證之量表工具,所有人員皆完成前測和後測的HADS、CompACT量表填答。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | With the advancement of technology, there is a growing diversity in psychological intervention methods that can bring about psychological improvements for various populations. However, for individuals who experience psychological impacts due to spinal cord injuries, the integration of technology and psychological interventions remains relatively limited. Therefore, this study developed ACT ChatGPT as a method for psychological intervention among individuals with spinal cord injuries, combining Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) with ChatGPT. Since the emergence of ChatGPT, it has not only brought significant changes to human life but also holds potential for development in the field of mental health. ACT ChatGPT consists of the six core components of ACT: Acceptance, Defusion, Self-as-Context, Contact with the Present Moment, Values, and Committed Action. Through the integration of these core components, the aim is to enhance psychological flexibility. ACT ChatGPT primarily incorporates ACT-related exercises and engages in thoughtful exchanges through ChatGPT. To validate the effectiveness of ACT ChatGPT, this study utilized case analysis involving individuals with spinal cord injuries to assess the acceptance of ACT ChatGPT. A 10-day intervention with ACT ChatGPT was conducted, along with the collection of interaction content and feedback from participants regarding their interactions with ACT ChatGPT. This information aimed to comprehend the impact of ACT ChatGPT. Case analysis was used to examine improvements in anxiety, depression, and psychological flexibility. The study employed established tools, including the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS) and the Comprehensive Assessment of Acceptance and Commitment Processes (CompACT), for pre-test and post-test assessments.
The results of the case analysis indicated that although ACT ChatGPT did not significantly improve psychological flexibility and anxiety or depression, it demonstrated a certain degree of change in terms of anxiety and depression. Most participants provided positive feedback on ACT ChatGPT, and interactions with ChatGPT revealed its high flexibility in offering customized responses. As an emerging psychological intervention, ACT ChatGPT possesses developmental potential. Further expansion and application of ACT ChatGPT in wider domains and populations could provide support and assistance to a larger number of individuals in need. | en_US |
