dc.description.abstract | In recent years, the public′s demand for public services has increased and diversified. However, due to limited national resources and local governments facing financial shortages and reduced subsidies from the central government, the efficiency and benefits of public services are generally poor. Additionally, influenced by democratic politics and rapid economic growth, people′s awareness of actively participating in public affairs is gradually increasing. Through cooperation and collaboration with nonprofit organizations, government departments can not only make up for the lack of human resources and expertise but also reduce their financial burden and difficulties, improve the efficiency of public service supply, and effectively integrate the resources of both parties, achieving a win-win situation.
This study utilizes qualitative research methods such as documentary analysis, in-depth interviews, and case studies. It focuses on the Taoyuan Indigenous Peoples Development Foundation, which was established with donations from the Taoyuan City Government Department of Indigenous Affairs. The study aims to explore the operational model, current situation, encountered difficulties, and achievements of the Taoyuan City Indigenous practicing youth entrepreneur assistance project, as well as the differences in demand among Taoyuan City Indigenous youth entrepreneurs or teams for different service providers. By sorting and analyzing the literature and in-depth interview data, this study further verifies whether the practical operation can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of public service supply and meet people′s expectations. Finally, based on the findings and results of this study, recommendations for future development are proposed. | en_US |
