dc.description.abstract | With the increasing saturation of the notebook (NB) market and growing consumer demands for other devices, traditional NB markets are no longer the primary revenue source for lithium battery module manufacturers. Therefore, these manufacturers need to reassess their product portfolios to explore new market opportunities and application areas.
Lithium battery module manufacturers must address intense price competition from supply chains in mainland China. As China′s technological and production capabilities in lithium battery industry improve, more companies are entering the market, intensifying price competition. To counter this challenge, lithium battery module manufacturers can reduce product costs by optimizing production yield, lowering costs, and strengthening the supply chain, thereby enhancing price competitiveness. Additionally, they can differentiate their products by continuously improving product quality and performance to attract more high-end customers and achieve value positioning. Considering future trends in lithium batteries and government energy policies, expanding into green energy industries may be a promising direction for product expansion.
This study suggests that lithium battery module manufacturers should focus on product innovation and diversification, developing customized solutions for emerging markets and application areas to enhance market competitiveness. Furthermore, it is recommended to collaborate with supply chain partners to improve supply chain efficiency and quality control, addressing intense price competition from mainland China and other regions. | en_US |
